Dave from Anker and crew are amazing! (This review is way overdue, my apologies). I came in like a hot mess after off-roading a lil too hard. Dave got my rig in and got right to bending back my shock bracket into position so I could install a shock skid -- not only was it quick it was done for a VERY FAIR PRICE it was fixed the very next day! I would definitely tell anyone that this is the place to go to for repairs. Once my covered warranties are done at my dealership, I will 100% be coming to Ankers. Quality work and trustworthy.

I've been going to Ankers since January of last year and haven't gone anywhere else since. They're honest and transparent, not going to try and squeeze every dime out of you, which is why I'm happy to give them my business. They've only made mistake in that time, charging me for someone else significantly higher invoice. I was across the street trying to figure out where that number came from and panicking because they had just closed, but within minutes they were calling me about the mistake and had me come over and they fixed it immediately. I will always recommend Ankers and will continue going there, even though I'm no longer in Schenectady and it's a bit of a drive now.

I've been looking for a good local mechanic and I've found one. I had a truck that'd been off the road for awhile and I took it to them for inspection so I could register it. They called me to tell me I needed new brakes which wasn't a surprise to me. They put the brakes on and did the inspection. Everyone was friendly and professional. Later, when this same truck developed an oil leak I took it back to them. They diagnosed it as a rear main seal leak. The part got delayed but I appreciated that they called to let me know. Then after they repaired it, there was another issue where a part got reinstalled incorrectly. These things happen. But again, they called me and were very honest and transparent about what happened. They kept the truck an extra day to make it right. I don't mind that parts get delayed and I don't mind when mistakes happen. What I appreciated was them contacting me and keeping me updated and making it right in the end. I'll happily return to Ankers for my repair and maintenance needs.

I brought both my Nissan and f250 there and they where wonderful both times. Its so difficult to find an honest mechanic who gets things done. These guys have been just great. Highly recommend!
